Our staff have undergone formal training to the highest level. In 2006 James Williams gained the WSET® (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) Diploma with one of the highest scores in the year. In recognition of this achievement James was awarded The Terrazas De Los Andes Scholarship from Moët Hennessy UK LTD, presented by Jilly Goolden. The WSET® awards ceremony is an international event held at the Vintners Hall, London.
The Diploma is the WSET®’s flagship qualification. It is designed to give specialist knowledge of the principal wines and spirits of the world combined with commercial factors and a thorough system for the professional evaluation of wines and spirits.
