Chardonnay 2010 Terrazas de los Andes
Product Description
Colour: Deep gold center outlined by brilliant
yellow highlights.
Aroma: An intense and lively nose, which trumpets
melon, white peach, and delicate floral and herbal
notes.
Palate: An unctuous and ripe tropical fruit core,
opens into a lithe and creamy mid-palate
balanced by zingy hints of star fruit, and
tangerine acidity typical of high elevation
Tupungato Chardonnays at 1200 metres/3900
feet.
Winemaking: The whole-cluster pressed juice is
inoculated with yeast and moved to 100% new
French oak barrels for fermentation. The lees are
stirred twice a week, then once, for the first few
months, for a total of eight months in the barrel
yellow highlights.
