Chablis 2009 Olivier Tricon
Product Description
Aromatic with clean mineral notes and hints of citrus. The palate is medium bodied with crisp, appley acidity, tight, pure fruit flavours of white peach and pears finished with a classic, steely, dry finish. Stylish. Food Matching Note: Try it with any white meats or seafood, such as; boiled lobsters with tarragon butter, sauteed langoustine with Chardonnay reduction or pork medallions with mustard cream sauce.
