Product Description
Intense, deep red in colour with an explosively fruity, varietal nose of ripe plums with fresh mint notes. The palate is mouth filling, with ripe raspberries and blackcurrants on the palate. Shows a firm structure, with good depth and soft tannins, a distinctly Chilean style. Food Matching Note: Lamb chops with coarse-grain mustard and red-tomato chutney, grilled lamb kebabs with cumin and cinnamon, or a duck salad with cheese toasts and port-currant sauce.
