This deliciously complex wine displays full, fresh pineapple and melon characters on the palate. The wine has lots of appeal, rather more like a New World Chardonnay than a typical Old World style, but doesn't sacrifice style for obvious fruit Food Matching Note: Drink chilled as an aperitif or with a wide variety of foods, particularly chicken, fish and pasta with cream sauces.
